Snoqualmie Valley Eyecare, in collaboration with Boxwood Design, was recently named winner of an elite 2005 Northwest Architectural Design Award for "Best Contemporary Design."

These coveted awards were presented on Sept. 29 by the Seattle Design Center at a black tie gala. The awards are given annually to the best residential and commercial design projects in a limited number of select categories, highlighting a specific theme. Entrants were submitted from across the Northwest. Examples of other categories were: "Best Remodel," "Best Kitchen," "Best Outdoor Living Space," "Best Yacht," etc.

Snoqualmie Valley Eyecare was chosen the top contemporary design over many other residential and commercial projects for their new Snoqualmie Ridge office location. Winners were chosen for their distinction in design concepts, use of materials, lighting, functionality and scope of project.

Snoqualmie Valley Eyecare is operated by Drs. Brian Duvall and Jennifer Kannberg. It is located at 7724 Center Blvd. S.E. on Snoqualmie Ridge. A second location is in North Bend at 408 Main Ave. S.
