From 5-10 p.m. on Dec. 24, Christmas Eve, and 2-9 p.m. on Dec. 25, Christmas Day, the Salish Lodge & Spa will offer holiday dining at The Dining Room. Guests will savor chestnut soup, seared diver's scallops, choice of entrée (huckleberry-braised goose; whole roasted Canadian pheasant breast; or seared Oregon country beef tenderloin) and chocolate Bavarian cake. For vegetarians, a special menu will be available.

Cost for the meal is $95 per person. On Christmas Eve, the regular dining room menu will also be served (not available on Christmas Day). In addition, the Salish will offer a special menu for children age 12 and younger ($25 per child).

* The Salish Lodge & Spa is located at 6501 Railroad Ave. in Snoqualmie. Call (425) 888-2556 for information; reservations are highly recommended.
