Tenants named for second retail building on Snoqualmie Ridge

SNOQUALMIE - The second retail building at Snoqualmie Ridge has signed its first tenants.

The building, located at the intersection of Center Boulevard and Southeast Kinsey Street, will contain Renaissance at the Ridge Hair Salon and Beauty Supply; Ridgeline Beer and Wine, which will also sell some grocery items; Snoqualmie Ridge Family Dental and a full-service nail salon.

There are a total of nine spaces to be leased at the second retail plaza, and the remaining vacancies should be taken within the next few months.

Construction has already begun on the 11,000-square-foot building, which should be open early next year.
