An official chapter of Business Network International (BNI) is starting in the Upper Valley and will hold its "kick-off" meeting at 7 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, at Adairs On The Green, 9010 Boalch Ave. S.E., Snoqualmie. BNI has chapters in 12 countries and is the world's largest business referral organization. The local chapter will meet every Tuesday morning. The first meeting will install new officers.
