Sean Absher is dedicated to his work both on and off the clock at the Snoqualmie Police Department. He strives to always hold the care, trust and safety for the Snoqualmie Valley in the forefront through his duties as a police officer.

Absher has been working for the Snoqualmie Police Department since August of 1999, and has gained respect and regard throughout the community in his first police officer position. After being raised in the Valley, Absher's strengths as a police officer are found in his constant knowledge of the community and how thatapplies to patrolling it.

Absher also is actively involved in community interaction through his work at the Snoqualmie Police Department. Once a year he joins with a local Snoqualmie club to hold a fishing derby. The derby allows children to become more acquainted with local officials and win prizes, a dynamite combination.

Sgt. Bob Keeton of the Snoqualmie Police Department states that Absher's connective nature to the community shows his strengths as an officer.

"His concern for the community is filled with a lot of compassion for the Snoqualmie Valley, which I see as a crucial part of his success."
