The Valley Record welcomes its newest employee, Advertising Account Executive Kerri Mynatt, formerly of Security National Mortgage.

Born and raised in Memphis, Tenn., Mynatt started her career in the mortgage business right out of high school as a secretary at her mom’s office, National Mortgage Company. She graduated to loan processor from her secretarial position and has remained in the mortgage industry ever since. In March 2005, Mynatt and her son, Ryan, moved to North Bend where she worked for MortgageIT.

Mynatt is excited about her career change.

“I love it,” she said. “I really enjoy getting out and meeting people and getting involved in the community.”

Mynatt lives in North Bend with her husband, Jason Stauffer, and 18-year-old son.

She enjoys gardening in her free time and spending time with family at cookouts.
