Sean Sundwall named American Family Agent of the Month

Snoqualmie Valley resident and agent Sean Sundwall was named Agent of the Month for the state of Washington by American Family Mutual Insurance Company

“Achieving American Family’s State Agency of the Month Award is a tremendous accomplishment,” said Bob Toney, American Family’s State Director of Sales. “This recognition requires a well run business operation, with a heavy focus on protecting the communities in which we operate. Sundwall continues to demonstrate strong business acumen, and an absolute commitment to customer satisfaction. It also speaks of the Valley’s willingness to do business locally, which corresponds well with Sean’s local agency focus.”

Determining a monthly winner of the award involves and complex and comprehensive set of critical performance metrics including customer retention, new business sales and customer satisfaction.

“It is an honor to achieve such an exclusive award in a state full of many, many wonderful American Family agents,” said Sundwall. “It is an even greater honor to serve the wonderful people and families of this great Valley and protect the dreams they have worked their whole lives to build. This is why I am in business.”

After a 15-year career in public relations, Sean Sundwall opened his Snoqualmie Valley agency in June of 2011. He is a resident of the Valley and is married with four children. Sundwall is also an avid runner and organizes several local running events in the Valley and serves as a coach for the Mount Si High School track team.
