Fred Seemann is the new owner of North Bend Sand and Gravel, located at 43300 S.E. North Bend Way.

Seeman was employed at the business for eight years. Recently, the former owner retired and sold the business to him.

North Bend Sand and Gravel sells and delivers assorted gravel, sand, topsoils, bark, landscaping materials, and propane.
