Hilary Shemanski is the new owner at KoKo Beans coffee house in Snoqualmie.

Shemanski, who took over the business from former owner Bethany Coulic, dreamed of owning a small, high-ened beer shop. At KoKo beans, she serves coffee and tea, and plans to add some hard-to-find beers in March.

She comes to the business with coffeehouse experience as well as a background in beer and brewery sales and service.

Contact Shemanski at (206) 518-0319.
