Increases in Snoqualmie solid waste, water and sewer tax rates, as well as surcharges for water, sewer and storm water utilities, went into effect Tuesday, Feb. 1.

Most base minimum monthly charges remain the same. Utility rates are posted at www.cityofsnoqualmie.org.

The city will use the increased revenues for capital facility projects sought for maintenance and improvement of the city’s infrastructure. A portion of the revenue will be used to pay the remaining balance on the construction of Snoqualmie City Hall.
