And a test of how close Valley residents really are. “Lady with the purple shirt. What’s your name?” called out Mary Miller. “Nice to meet you.” Miller was 60 feet up on an EFR ladder truck, painstakingly moving participants in her second annual “Heart of the Valley” community photo into place, one local at a time.
